Trinidad...Always have a great time when I go down...nuff soca, calypso, steel pan, rum, and fetes...oh gosh the fetes. I love jouvert more than the pretty mas though.

Trinidad has the biggest carinval after Brazil and historical proof has shown that the steel pan was created in that country although other countries have also laid claim.
